Wakeboarding at the lake of Ohrid

We are currently running the only operation of this kind in North Macedonia, offering you a great opportunity to explore, enjoy and discover the unique beauties of Lake Ohrid.

You can choose between wakeboarding, wakesurfing, paddleboarding, various board and tubing options or mixing the activities as you wish or even just cruising with the boat, it is
up to you how you want to spend your vacation.

Whether you’re on a family vacay or a group of friends who wanna have some fun on the

Weather

Our operation mostly depends on the current weather conditions, meaning good weather and flat water assure us having a good time and perfect feeling on the wake.
On the other hand variable conditions, such as wind, waves and storm are limiting our activities and sometimes is not recommended to go out in water if the forecast is not favorable.
In cases like this, we can organize an alternative activity for the day, depending on the group request, so we can still have fun in the outdoors.

LOCATION

The lake is located in the southwestern part of Macedonia, resting in the foothills of the beautiful mountain Galichica. It is one of Europe’s deepest and oldest lakes, with breathtaking views and crystal clear waters. UNESCO declared it a World Heritage Site in 1979 and furthermore extended it to include the cultural and historic area of the Town of Ohrid. The lake is partly shared with Albania where it holds a Nature Reserve status and it’s a part of the Galichica National Park in Macedonia. It is home to more than 200 endemic species and over the year it has built a unique aquatic ecosystem of worldwide importance.
